Of course, if you want to speak with a particular Alice just note that in your toplevel as long with the date and rough time it's happening. They can be contacted IC-ly throughout the day.

For the final week, in person meetings with the Storyteller (formerly known as the Cat) aren't possible. Alice, obviously, isn't talking to anyone either. However! The Storyteller can be called to talk throughout the castle so just say where you're yelling at her from.

Week 2 Tuesday Evening

[Cori knocks on the door, expression solemn as she walks in.]

...if someone "wins" this game of yours, and we all end up staying, are you still going to have these rules about what we can and can't be punished for?

Well, some of them will stay. Just the ones about killing each other will go away.

Yeah. We can't just have someone attack us just because this game's over.

[rhododendronhoney]

Would you-still kill someone, if they did that?

[twinverses]

Well.

[Look. She might be naive but she still doesn't want to be attacked.]

Yeah. We'd bring you back again but things like that aren't really hard to ask for. Don't destroy your home, don't attack us. We won't make up new rules beyond that. Also, punishment doesn't always mean death. We wouldn't kill you for taking a nap in the hallway.

So...if the game ends, then you can just bring people back again easily?

[twinverses]

It's not exactly hard to do. We just can't do it right now.

Besides, there are far worse things than death here. If someone keeps trying something like that, they'll be punished with more than just death.

[rhododendronhoney]

[...well, that doesn't sound good at all.] ...alright. And if...someone won, but wanted to stay as well, would that be okay?

I think so...

If everyone else would even want them to stay. They'd have to be killed, too.

[The Queen pauses then nods.]

Yeah. It'd be safer for them. Those monsters only like living people.

...and being killed and brought back means they're no longer "living"?

Yeah. You'd be like me.
